She was predeceased by: her father Eugene Bailey, Sr.; and her sister Lori Ann Bailey. She is survived by: her mother Wille Lee Hill Bailey; her daughters, Victoria Bailey and Jherica Bailey; and her siblings, Eileen Clark (Gaylon), Debra Seuell, Iris Bailey, Eugene Bailey Jr. (Julie) and Justin Bailey. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
