He is survived by: his mother Ruth Applegate (Warren) of Campbell; his wife Michelle Hardin; his children, Kaelea Boyle (Jose Hernandez) of Malden and Brandon Applegate (Cassidy Green) of Dexter; his grandchildren, Brooklyn Boyle, Blakeley Boyle, Haven Hernandez and Cohen Applegate; and his sisters, LaDonna O'Neal (Jerry) of Campbell and Paula Williams (Charlee) of California. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many cousins.
