He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dawson and Cindy Kirby Dawson; his spouse Shirley Jean Blaylock; his daughter Debra Kay Geohagan; and his son-in-law James "Cap" Geohagan.
He is survived by: his grandson Douglas Jay Geohagan (Stephanie) of Bernie; his sibling Ashley Brent Geohagan (Brandi) of Kennett; his great grandchild Brent Geohagan (Faith) of Bernie; his grandsons, Andrew Geohagan (Mycah) of Bernie, Dawson Geohagan of Kennett, Ashlyn Geohagan of Kennett and Mackenzie Meese of Bernie; his great great grandchild Xander Geohagan of Bernie; and his great grandchildren, Nolan Geohagan of Bernie and Ezra Geohagan of Bernie.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Landess Funeral Home (201 N Douglass St, Malden, MO 63863). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Landess Funeral Chapel (201 N Douglass St, Malden, MO 63863).
