He is survived by: his siblings, Melissa Brown of Lilbourn, MO, Paula Carnell of Portageville, MO, Vicki Carnell of Malden, MO, Greg Carnell of Dexter, MO, Richard Carnell of Gavtier, MS and Jerry Carnell (Meredith) of Glencoe, AL. He is also survived by several children and step children.
A funeral service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the New Essex Cemetery.
