He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Provance and Mary Carman Provance; his siblings, Mary Ann McMillian, Charles and Tom Provance; and his grandson Trey Ward.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Peterson; his children, Donna Provance of Campbell, Connie Hoover (Herb) of Malden and Douglas Provance (Robin) of Dexter; his grandchildren, Devon Chambliss, Kevin Smith, Jennifer Cannady, Elizabeth Godwin and Victoria Shotwell; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Grace, Presley Grace, Emma Katherine Smith, Elliot Smith, Trey Williamson, Tripp Cannady, Evey Cannady and James Godwin.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Landess Funeral Home (201 N Douglass St, Malden, MO 63863). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
