She was predeceased by: her parents, William Smith and Hazel Hostetter Smith; her son Timothy William Smith; her daughter-in-law Jana Renee Smith; and her siblings, Bill Lee Smith and Joyce Ann Brown.
She is survived by: her sons, Nick Smith of Malta Bend and Ryan Smith of Malta Bend; her adoptive sons, Jeremiah Samm of Sweet Springs and Chris Garrison of Waverly; and her sisters, Kathy Hamblen of Waverly, Reeda Ballenger (Orbie) of Lexington and Eva Womack (Donnie) of Forsyth. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home (226 S Odell Ave, Marshall, MO 65340).
