She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Rutledge and Esther Rutledge. She is survived by: her husband Stanley L. Meier; her son-in-law Michael Loftus; her daughter Lynn; her grandchildren, Daniel, Sara and Andrew Loftus; her great grandchildren, Logan and Chloe Loftus; and her siblings-in-law, Margie Chaney and Jerry Meier. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and friends.
