He is survived by: his sister Patty Pollard (Sherman); his wife Rosalie; his children, Joanne Collins and Christopher Grus (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Madeleine Collins, Shane Collins, Isaac Collins, Jordan Grus, Kaleb Grus and Lucas Grus.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Premier Warriors cycling team for Pedal the Cause, supporting the fight to end cancer.
