She was predeceased by: her husband William G. Sapp; her parents, William P. Mertz and Ida Mertz; and her siblings, Lorraine Triola (Sam), Elvira Rowold (Edwin), Delores Boehme (Edwin), Gladys Nadler (Donald), Darleen Fenimore (Ron) and Melvin Niere.
She is survived by: her sons, Michel Sapp (late Ruth) and William "Jeff" Sapp; her grandchildren, Linda Miller, Pam Lumpkin (Tony), Travis Dyer (Jennifer) and Judy Arnold; her great grandchildren, Danielle Kootman, Callie Miller, Chandlir Miller, Steven Arnold and Kyle Arnold; her great great grandchildren, Weston, Karter and Kora Kootman; and her sister Norma Frankenbach-Merritt.
