He is survived by: his children, Todd Hackworth, Sarah Cahill, Craig Hackworth (Mary), Anne Hoke and Alex T. Hackworth; his grandchildren, Paige Hackworth, Alex M. Hackworth, Mia Hackworth, Sydney Hoke and Shane Hoke; his siblings, Lynn LaBrot (Dave), Mark Hackworth (Rosemary Gaertner) and Carol Peterson (Pat); and his nieces and nephews, Joseph Strahn Hackworth, Ryan Peterson (Molly) and Amanda LaBrot.
