He was predeceased by: his daughter Gina; his wife Dorothy Jean Jackson; his parents, George Clouse and Laurel Clouse; his siblings, Marilyn Goff and Ronney Clouse; and his siblings-in-law, Gearl Euliss, Toby Willis, Rowena Clouse and Shirley Willis.

He is survived by: his cousins, Roy and Sue Clouse; his daughter Regina Clouse of Nixa; his grandchildren, Britney Shryer (Brad), Jonathan Sales (Madison), Nick, Luke Swearengin and Summer Warrick; his son Rodney Clouse (Lynda) of Ava; his grandchildren, Lane and Erin Clouse; his daughter Ramona Clouse of Rogersville; his grandchildren, Garrett Cross and Tristin Landwehr (Landon); his daughter Rebecca Fleming (Thomas) of Mansfield; his grandchildren, Jessica Fleming (José Maldonado), Elizabeth Carroll (Clayton), Jackson Fleming (Emily Stewart) and Colin Fleming; his great grandchildren, Billie Shryer, Sunny Sales, Cassian, Landwehr and Jensen Fleming; his brother Bobby Clouse; his siblings-in-law, David Goff, Arland Wilkinson, Linda Clouse and Betty Euliss-Wilkinson; and his uncle David Clouse Sr.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
