It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Patton Thys of Mansfield, Missouri, born in Phoenix, Arizona, who passed away on May 3, 2025, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Joseph Daniel Reynolds; his siblings-in-law, Tiny Dunnihoo and Michael Eldried; and his nephews, Dustin Gammon and Thomas Gammon.
He is survived by: his wife Rachel Thys (Mansfield); his mother Jo Anna Reynolds; his mother-in-law Deloris Johnson (Alton); his father Larry Pierson (Columbia Tennessee); his uncle Charlie Thys; his sisters, Jamie Sage (Benny), Jessica Caldwell (Lindan) and Jennifer Reynolds-Lewis (Doug); his siblings-in-law, Ronnie Gammon, Idona Falwell (Alton), Roberta Gammon, Jimmy, Becky Gammon (Alton), Christopher, Sarah Brown (Salem), Lyndall Dunnihoo (Pomona), Cricket Green (Alton), Michelle Groves (West Plains) and Susy Rodman (Pomona); and his nieces, Tasha Turner (Falcon) and Jessica Dunnihoo (Branson). He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews; and many great nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, and may be left at or mailed to Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, 211 W. Main St., West Plains, Missouri.
