She is survived by: her husband Junior Curtis; her son Herschel Lee Curtis of Mansfield; her siblings, Johnny Lee Bolen (Charla) of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Sue Hobbs (Joe) of Broken Arrow and Nancy Hudson (Preston) of Fort Smith Arkansas; and her grandsons, Jack and Luke Curtis.
