She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Vance and Effie Elizabeth Vance; her husband A. Lloyd Welch; her daughter Lequeeta (Charlene Nash); and her siblings, Dorothy Vance, Margaret Means, Denver Vance, Hayes Vance, Frank Vance, John Vance and Lindell Vance.
She is survived by: her sister Carol Powell (Elmer); her brother-in-law Dick Gordon (Cathy) of Salem, Missouri; her son Stan Welch (Sherry) of Mansfield, Missouri; her grandchildren, Steven Welch (Danina) of Lufkin, Sumer Tripp (Doug) of Mansfield and Chris Bolin (Jennifer) of Dexter, Missouri; her son-in-law James Bolin of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; and her great grandchildren, Hannah, Haley, Haven Tripp, Elizabeth, Emily Bolin, Van and Carter Welch. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, and a host of friends.
