He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Fuge and Eunice Fuge (Letsinger); and his sister Nadine. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Loretta Fuge (Brown); his children, Randal Fuge, Rhonda Haynes (Bruner) and Dr. Michael Fuge (Mansfield); his siblings, John Fuge (Springfield) and Jean Raney (Springfield); his siblings' children, Jennifer Van Matre (Springfield) and Jeffrey Fuge (Springfield); and his grandchildren, Kelsey McCrady, Chandler Haynes, Cooper Haynes, Kidron Haynes, Chloe Haynes, Rory McCrady, Caroline Haynes and Kinley Haynes.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home - Mansfield (209 N Lincoln Ave, Mansfield, MO 65704). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation or a Humane Society of your choice.
