He is survived by: his siblings, Cathy Russell (Opie) of Marshfield, Louise Rhine of Springfield, Rita Kelley (Greg) of Davenport, Iowa and Bruce Hathcock of Sikeston, Missouri; and his sister-in-law Cindy Hathcock. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
