She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jennifer Rosas (Abe), Jerrod Stearnes (Tiffany), Brooke Lewis, Marshall Erisman and Myla Stearnes; her great grandchildren, Lillie, Claira, Audrey, Landon, Brodee, Lliam, Evelyn and Amilia; her daughters, Joy Stearnes (Mike) and Donna Erisman; and her siblings, Leon Waller of Visalia, California and Dolly Reel of Hood River, Oregon.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to the Wright County Children's Home in memory of Vernie Jean Brooke.
