William left this world on October 13, 2025 at the age of 65, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He is survived by: his siblings, Jesse Kelley (Barbara), Rick Kelley (Nancy), Jim Ryan, Joe Ryan and Marilyn Flake (David); his sisters-in-law, Lucille Kelley and Barbara Kelley; his children, Dana Kelley (Wayne Williams) of Ava, Kathy Bradshaw (Rusty) of Norwood, Amy Kelley of Ava, John Matney of Mansfield, Jacob Kelley of Ava and Jessica Davidson (Jerry) of Ava; his grandchildren, Brittany Westpheling (Chris Deatherage) of Sparta, Emily Bradshaw of Norwood, Taylor Bradshaw of Norwood, Hayden Scott (Kylee) of Texas, Harley Davidson, Jared Davidson, Jayden Ramsey, Kylee Bradshaw, Abagail Davidson, Braxton Bradshaw, Izzabella Davidson, Greyson Bradshaw, Alyssa Downs (J. J.), Taylor Matney (Adrain), Emma Matney and Zaven Thulin (Jamisen); and his great grandchildren, Jaelynn Maggard, Weston Deatherage, Fisher Bradshaw, Athena Deatherage, Emery Downs, Tyler Downs, Carter Downs, Beaux Downs, Rylan Matney, Grayson Matney, Theodore Thulin, Nora Thulin and Nolyn Thulin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and countless friends.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home - Mansfield (209 N Lincoln Ave, Mansfield, MO 65704).
