She was predeceased by: her husband Rodolpho "Rudy" Navarro; her children, Rudy Navarro, Jr., James Tottleben and Debra Hernandez; her parents, George and Golda; and her brother James "Scottie" Howat.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca Weldon (Joe) and Dawn Suarez (Tom); her grandchildren, Brittney Shamalian, Alexandra Weldon (Luke Marshall), Shane Navarro, Joey Suarez, Michelle Palmer, Brandy Oharrow and Jennifer Oharrow; her great grandchildren, Marianna, Sierra, Catalina, Daniel, Brianna, Jose, Antonio, Ilyssa, Giovanni, Lexus and Emma; her great great grandchildren, Anastasia and Syles; her brother John Howat (Donnie) of Marion, IL; and her nieces, Amy Ross (Chris) and Amanda Howat.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church (2716 N 42nd St, East St Louis, IL 62201). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Fairmont City, IL, or to the Salvation Army.
