He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Eftink and Anna Eftink (Trankle); his daughter Karen Martin; and his brothers, Robert, Joe and Mark Eftink.
He is survived by: his wife Ina Eftink; his son Anthony Eftink; his grandchildren, Jessica Statler (Kevin), Taylor Wilkinson (Lucas), Michaela Martin and Megan Martin; his great grandchildren, Emma, Miley, Lane, Rowen, Brynlee, Kaizer and Talylia; and his sisters, Rita Holshouser (Douglas), Berniece Horman and Carol Welker (Darrell).
