He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Woodworth and Shirley Woodworth (Strope); and his brothers, Phillip Woodworth and Larry Woodworth (Carmin). He is survived by: his son Mark Woodworth; his daughter-in-law Renee (Cheryl); and his siblings, Irvin Jr. and Linda (Bob Sudbeck).
