He was predeceased by : his father John H. Cook; his stepfather James Cory; his grandparents, Rev. Elza J., Hattie Cook, Rev. Odell and Birdie Cook; his mother-in-law Shirley A. Fulbright; and his sister-in-law Kathy A. Fulbright.
He is survived by : his mother Lela Fern Cook Cory; his father-in-law Rev. Jimmie Fulbright; his brothers, Kenny Cook (Vicki) of McCleansboro, IL and Randy Cook (Connie) of Burfordville, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Bodie Fulbright (Dana), Karla Robinson (Kevin) of Marble Hill, Kimberly Keith (Randy) of Marble Hill and Kristy Mayfield (Eric) of Marble Hill. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
