She was predeceased by: her grandson Craig Mayfield; her siblings, Margaret Ann Sample, Colleen Thorn and Hollie Robert Cutright Jr.; and her close friend Lee Nanney.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Mayfield (Lora) of Cape Girardeau, Greg Mayfield (Mary Ann) of Jackson, Carla LaFaire (Kurt) of Marble Hill and Karen Condict (Ken) of Bloomfield; her grandchildren, Hayley, Megan Mayfield, Derek, David LaFaire, April Maloney (Brian), Missy Davis (Damien), Meghan Allen and Kayla Mattingly (Raymond); her sister Rose Marberry (Jimmie) of Cape Girardeau; and her children, Foundation, Cardinal Glennon and Fdt. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
Memorials may take the form of contributions to Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.
