She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Truelove and Lois Keaster; and her brothers, Jay Truelove and Darrell "Eddie" Jones. She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Gary Landon Klingel (Brianna) of St. Charles, Missouri, Marlanda Klingel of Perryville and Katina Wahlers (Jonathan) of Fairhope, Alabama; her foster children, Izayah Williams of Carbondale, Illinois and Alyssa Williams of Murphysboro, Illinois; her sister Holly Snider (Dennis) of Benton, Missouri; and her grandsons, Jonah and Spencer Wahlers.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Kc Hall (28745 US-61, Scott City, MO 63780).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Kathy's honor to Southeast Missouri Pets (SEMO Pets) in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
