He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton W. Burr, Sr. and Bertha E. Burr (Becker); and his brother Carlton W. Burr, Jr.. He is survived by: his brothers, Douglas Burr (Daphne) of Edmond and Russell Burr (Jane) of Roswell.
