He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda Sue Welker; his son Mark Welker; his son-in-law Richard Luttrull; his great grandchild Zoe Lynch; his parents, Von Welker and Opal Beatrice Welker; and his brother Ricky Welker.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carla Luttrull and Christy Myers (Donny); his daughter-in-law Heather Welker; and his grandchildren, Amber Vance (Mike), Dakota Hollingsworth, Richard Wolk-Harris (Cassie) and Kristin Logston (Harley).
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hutchings - Pendergrass Funeral Service Chapel. A funeral service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hutchings-Pendergrass Funeral Chapel (203 Bass St, Marble Hill, MO 63764).
