He is survived by: his wife Cindy Stevens; his son Derik Stevens; his stepdaughter Vyktoria Smith; his siblings, Wayne Stevens (Frieda) and Brenda Tucker; his grandchildren, Jacob, Ryan, Lexie, Kami, Mhyia, Kase, Miles, Analia, Tatum, Katrina and Phillip III; and also Kody Moore. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
