She is survived by: her husband Kyle Cook; her daughters, Shakota Robinson (Alex), Katy Bass and Zoie Cook; her granddaughter Lakelynn Cannell; and her siblings, Vickie Gromer (Gary), Dana Seabaugh (Benny), Douglas Fox (Lisa) and David Fox (Barbara).
