He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Edward Moffitt and Claudia Ophelia Moffitt (Garr); and his grandson Evan Duffey. He is survived by: his children, Jessie Moffitt of Marceline, MO and Buck Moffitt of Marceline, MO; his grandsons, Vandon Duffey and Tayson Stumph; and his sisters, Joann Morris of Bevier and Virginia Kaps of Belton, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
