He is survived by: his wife Mathilda Ann Smith of Marceline, MO; his sisters, Mary Kay Eaves (Larry) and Cheryl Otto; his siblings' children, Michael Otto, Kevin Otto and Lisa Campbell; and his brother-in-law John Smith.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Assembly of God Church in Marceline, Missouri.
