He is survived by: his wife Genny; his children, Heather Lynn Miller (Doren), Robert Wright, Jr. (Ellie), Abby Ann MurphyHannibal (Tom) and David Lee Wright (Shelley) of Arnold, MO; his grandchildren, Casey Jennings (Mike), Kristie Franklin (John), Ben Miller (Jessica), Lara Mitalovich (Cody), Jarrod Wright (Melissa), Eric Murphy (Shelby), Mikayla Smith (Clay) and Anna Murphy (Luke); his sister Caroline JeanWright of Houston, TX; and his siblings-in-law, Frank Brown (Barbara), Carl Brown (Bunny) of Hannibal, MO, Roger and Diane Davis (Ronnie). He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
A prayer will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Delaney Funeral Home (1720 N Missouri Ave, Marceline, MO 64658). Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Smith Funeral Home-Hannibal (2619 St Marys Ave, Hannibal, MO 63401).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the St. Jude Children's Hospital, Providence Church in Wither's Mill, MO, or the First Baptist Church in Marceline, MO.
