Payne (Blakley); his children, Karen Phillips and Ron Payne (Georgia); his sister Sharon Dickerson; his grandchildren, Markus Phillips (Jessica), Travis Phillips (Skye), Trevor Phillips (Miguel), Drew Murie, Tristin Murie, Brendon Catron (Addison Engberg), Logan Smith, Isabella Payne, Tyler Curley (Lexi Flowers) and Bree Stephenson (Aldon); his great grandchildren, Eleanor, Hallie, Lucille, Maylee, Trenton, Harvalee and Colter; his daughter Joyce Baker; his son-in-law Darrell Phillips; and his siblings, Dale, Bobby, Billy, Peggy and Elizabeth.
