She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Sprague (William) of Trussville, Alabama; her grandchildren, William Joseph "Joey" Sprague (Ashley) of Trussville, Alabama and Amber Nicole Sprague of Trussville, Alabama; and her great grandchild Lillian Sprague-McGuire.
