He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Johnson and Helen Johnson (Coker); his son Carl Johnson Jr.; and his granddaughter April Banther. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Sue Housley; and his children, Debbie Banther of Aurora, Glenda Gillis (Phil) of Springfield, Barbara Stobbe (Roger) of Marionville, Missouri and Greg Johnson (Tonya) of Nixa, Missouri. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; one great-great grandson and several nieces and nephews.
