He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Edward Percy and Carolyn Percy (Bain). He is survived by: his children, DeWayne Percy, Tanya Percy, Nichole Stearns and Brittany Boekmer; and his siblings, Mike, Sharon, Barbara and Marie. He is also survived by three grandchildren; also, by other relatives and friends.
