She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland G. Pannell and Margaret Shannahan Pannell; her husband Jack L. Ussery Sr.; her stepfather Bill Scott; and her siblings, Wanda Saylor and Ronnie Pannell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Beverly Kirby McCracken (Frank) of Marshall and Debi Kirby Barton (Jay) of Columbia; her grandchildren, Bradley McCracken, Jeff McCracken (Heather), Josh McCracken, Tristan Barton Raines, J. B. Barton (Stacy) and Allee Barton (Sam Raybine); her great grandchildren, Ainsley, Owen, Eghan, Wyatt, Gemma, Everly, Olivia and Amelia; and her stepchildren, Vickie Cooper (Dean) of Raytown, Tammy Ussery Wilson (Alan) of Miami and Jackie Ussery Jr. of Butler. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
