He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude E. Bays and Eleanor Ferguson Bays; his daughter Roxanne Bays; and his grandson DJ. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie; his children, Keith D. Bays Dobbs (Carol) of Sedalia, Delbert Lee Bays Jr. (Leah) of Bogard and Becky R. Wade of Marshall; his grandchildren, Wesley, Thomas, Ian, Jordyn, Jaxon, Elijah and Delbert III; his great grandchildren, CJ, Summer, Hope and Nathan; and his siblings, Ronnie Bays, Anna Mae Agee of Humansville and Mary Davis of Springfield. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
