She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond E. Blacketer and Fareda Gifford Blacketer; her husband Leroy Brownfield, Jr.; and her son Marvin Blacketer. She is survived by: her children, Francis Brownfield (Danette) of Polo, John Brownfield (Saundra) of Slater, Charles "Chuck" Brownfield (Mandy) of Slater, Maxine Mullins (David) of Marshall and Fareda Gallagher of Emporia, Kansas. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.
Memorials are suggested to Gilliam Cemetery in care of Weiker Funeral Home in Slater.
