He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Price Mikels and Vivian Bess Fielden Mikels; and his siblings, Thelma Rae Williams, Nelda Hayes, Margaret Kathleen Mullins, Emmit Williams and George Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Joann; his children, Jeffrey Mikels (Mona) of Marshall, Kevin Mikels (Maggie) of Marshall and Dana McNelly (Micheal) of Marshall; and his brothers, James Williams of Collinsville, OK and Kenneth Williams of Owasso, OK. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church.
