Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Elizabeth for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. She was predeceased by: her mother Velma Mary Black Olmstead; and her sister Billie Ann O'Bannon. She is survived by: her children, Janet Howard of Warsaw, Billy Howard of Sedalia, Bobby Parrack of Springfield, Twila Bolden of Marshall and Timothy Avey of Smithton; and her sisters, Betty Kloeppel of Boonville, Barbara DeBates of Sedalia and Shirley Carver of Sedalia. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at 1335 W Vest St, Marshall, MO 65340.
