She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Hatfield and Jewell Loudermilk Hatfield Rhodelander; her husband Melvin R. Farris; and her siblings, Jim Loudermilk, Thomas Hatfield, Lloyd Hatfield, Floyd Hatfield and Betty Dugan.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Farris (Cynthia) and Velda Cadwell (Walter Jr.) of Marshall; her grandchildren, Johnathan Farris (Allison), Christian Farris (Kyla), Cassandra Farris (Zach Baldwin), Holley Hess (Zach) and Emily Hannink (James); her great grandchildren, Evan Farris, Michael Hess, Andrew Hess, Zoie Hess and Owen Hannink; and her siblings, Terry Rhodelander of Warsaw and Patsy Browder of Marshall. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
