He is survived by: his wife Barbara Naugle Toliver; his children, Shawn Toliver (Tatiana), Heather Knaust (Scott), Matthew Pennock (Brandy) and Brian Pennock (Peanut); his grandchildren, Maria Fick (Tom), Alex Toliver, Nicholas Toliver, Dalton Stude (Daelyn), Drake Knaust, Addyson Knaust, Preston Pennock, Clayton Pennock, Kimberly Pennock, Cooper Pennock and Ava Pennock; his great grandchildren, Emma, Hannah, Owen and Maddie Fick; and his siblings, Ronnie, Steve, Dave Pennock and San Hodges. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
