We announce the death of Helen Lucille Breshears (Marshall, Missouri), who passed away on September 13, 2026, at the age of 83. Helen will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Baker and Helen Elizabeth Moore Baker; her husband Ralph Lee Breshears; her granddaughter Amber Gunderson; her great grandchild Grayson Robinson; and her siblings, Betty Baker and Glenn Baker.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Jackson of Marshall, Pamala Breshears of Springfield, Robert Breshears (Karlin) of Blackburn, Rhonda LaGore (Johnny) of Waverly and Darren Breshears (Shelby) of Marshall; her grandchildren, Phillip Counts, Ryan LaGore, Allyson Lloyd, Zachary Breshears, Megan Robinson, Kimber Doss, Bryce Breshears, Kaylee LaRue and JoHanna Breshears; her sister Pat Morrow (Larry) of Marshall; and her siblings-in-law, Diane Baker and John Breshears (Lillian). She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home (226 S Odell Ave, Marshall, MO 65340). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association or American Lung Association.
