She was predeceased by: her mother Cornelia Welch. She is survived by: her sons, Larry Arnold of Lebanon and Kody Welch of Sedalia; her sisters, Patti Smith, Penny Barnett and Janie Nease; her half-sister Lisa Allee; her granddaughter Kirsten Arnold; and her pet Toots. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
