She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Cedric Cooper and Leola Belle Fizer Cooper; her son Jason Lee Pulliam; and her siblings, Larry Cooper and Brenda Howerton.
She is survived by: her spouse Pulliam Jr.; her daughter Kaylie Crewse (Joseph); her grandchildren, Lexi Rose Crewse and Kelby Josiah Lane Pulliam; her siblings, Marlene VanHorn (David) and R. W. Cooper (Paula); and her siblings-in-law, Brett Howerton and Linda Cooper. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home.
