She is survived by: her husband Gary Yates; her children, Lorry Yates Franklin (Tim) of Windsor and Allen Yates (Lisa) of Clinton; her grandchildren, Brandon Yates, Allison Yates Goodman, Andrew Davenport, Brenton Yates, Kaylie Davenport and Kami Yates; her sister Marilynn Case of Marshall; and her extended family Pam Cumpton Bradbury of Murphy, TX. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Ronald McDonald House.
