Melissa Ballew Harper Obituary

We announce the death of Melissa Ballew Harper of Marshall, Missouri, who passed away on September 27, 2026, at the age of 58. Melissa will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her father Lester Eugene Ballew. She is survived by: her mother Diana Turner Ballew; her sons, Tyler Newell of Marshall and Tim Newell of Lake Ozark, MO; her grandchildren, Judah, Haven, Mikiah of Warsaw, Addy, Aubrey, Maverick and Jaxson of Marshall; and her siblings, Troy Ballew of Marshall and Shannon Ballew of Marshall. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church (1823 S Miami Ave, Marshall, MO 65340). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at the Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
