We are sad to announce that on December 24, 2025, at the age of 72, Michael Parris of Marshall, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Alfred Parris and Hazel Lorene Crow Parris; and his daughter Jayme Leigh Rivera. He is survived by: his wife Denise Minnear of Marshall; his grandchildren, Ryan, Matthew, Kayleigh and Reece; his son-in-law Ramon Rivera; his stepgrandchildren, Rene, Kaelani and Ray Rivera; his siblings, Stephen Parris (Cheryl) of Sunnyvale, David Parris (Mandy) of Olathe, Mark Parris (Carol) of Claremore, Oklahoma and Karen Bird (Tom) of Pottersville, Missouri.; his sisters-in-law, Barbara Bales (Steve) of Fredericktown, Sharon Ward of Columbia, Missouri and Michelle McKiernan (Kevin) of Columbia, Missouri; and his friend Lord.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to First Baptist Church of Marshall, Samaritan's Purse or Rocheport Cemetery, all in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall.
