He is survived by: his wife Phyllis (Crawford) of Springfield, MO; his siblings, Tonya Lemonds (Steve) of Kansas City, KS, Heidi Kalthoff of Sedalia and Robin (Connie) of Grand Pass; his children, Erica Jones of Marshall and Dustin Kalthoff of Otterville; his nephews, Collin King of Branson, Christopher Kalthoff (Amy) of Sedalia and Gabriel Smith (Annette) of Waverly; his grandchildren, Brittany Rabourn (Brad), Cody Evans (Katie), Dayton Foster and Ainsley Murphy; and his great grandchildren, Bella Foster, Zayne Rabourn, Trinity Rabourn, Enzo Richardson, Ember Richardson, Hazlynn Evans, Cody Gage Evans Jr. and Savannah Spencer.
