She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lewis Johnson and Mary Susan Willis Johnson; her husband James M. "Jim" Hazell Sr.; her daughter Winona Lea Dice; her grandson Jason Dice; and her siblings, Eugene Johnson, William Johnson, Grace Brayman-Schoby, Dorothy Lynch, Velma and Vivian Johnson.
She is survived by: her son James M. "Jim" Hazell Jr. (Kim) of Sedalia; her son-in-law John Dice of Marshall; and her grandchildren, Joe Dice (Jamie), Sarah Dice Griffin, Scot Hazell (Kelley) and Stefani Rudd (Ryan). She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; a great-great- grandson; as well as nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
